FamilyTree Alternative Family Services is currently serving Henderson, Buncombe, Transylvania, Polk and Madison counties in Western North Carolina.

Our Story

Founded in the spring of 2001 by John and Brenda Hall - they have been a supportive pillar to the Intellectually Developmentally Disabled and Mental Health community of Hendersonville and Buncombe county for over twenty-years. During that time, they understood the unique quality of care that was needed for individuals and their families and wanted to offer more. They took their passion and started FamilyTree with the hopes of providing quality and supportive services for individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health.

FamilyTree offers a fresh and person-centered approach to delivering quality services through community integrated services. FamilyTree is facilitated by a team of committed individuals with over thirty years combined experience. We look forward to continuing to grow with you.
